Mr. Yranela was able to get my reckless driving in the 2nd degree dismissed. The process was easy. He asked me a couple of questions regarding my driving record. Then asked me to complete a form form, forward a copy of the ticket and pay the retaining fee. I was advised that if he could not get any c...hange that that my fee would be refunded or if the violation was changed to a non moving ticket I would expect to pay an additional fee up to $139.
