I was in an auto accident @ 5 months pregnant. I was cut off on the freeway and had to slam on my brakes for a vehicle attempting to merge off of the freeway who then stopped abruptly with his back end sticking into my lane. I hit him even with a fair amount of distance between our cars. I received a... ticket, but Roberto got it dismissed! He is very professional and helpful. My husband was CDL driver and got into accident on October 2017, due to very bad weather and slippery conditions. Luckily, no one else got hurt except he sustained little injuries. The officer responded to the accident was not so nice. He followed my husband to the hospital and did alcohol and drug t...ests and found nothing. However, he sent a ticket for neglect driving 2 degree in the mail a week later to my husband’s employer. We didn’t find out the ticket until the due date was past. My husband’s CDL license was suspended and he was due to pay hefty fine and thats very heartbreaking for my husband. Got pulled over for 40mph over the speed limit in a 60 zone. Roberto was very helpful and communicative and answered every question I had. We talked over the phone and email. Always replied on time and on point. More importantly, he managed to get the ticket dismissed, with no mention on my recor...d, and I'm very happy for that. He certainly has a sharp mind and great attention to detail. I don't plan on getting any more tickets, but if I do, I know who to call. Roberto represented me in two separate incidents where traffic citations were issued in two separate jurisdictions. He had laid out what would take place. Not only was he very thorough in his review, but VERY good in his constant communication throughout the process. During the process of resolvin...g one of the citations, a complication arose.
