My husband was CDL driver and got into accident on October 2017, due to very bad weather and slippery conditions. Luckily, no one else got hurt except he sustained little injuries. The officer responded to the accident was not so nice. He followed my husband to the hospital and did alcohol and drug t...ests and found nothing. However, he sent a ticket for neglect driving 2 degree in the mail a week later to my husband’s employer. We didn’t find out the ticket until the due date was past. My husband’s CDL license was suspended and he was due to pay hefty fine and thats very heartbreaking for my husband. Fortunately, we found Mr. Roberto Alexandro and my my family can’t thank him enough the work he did for and the great professionalism he showed us. He is very knowledgeable, resourceful, passionate.
