He was able to get 2 tickets re-opened and dismissed and 2 new tickets dismissed. He kept me in the loop and his staff was friendly and cooperative when I ca...

TICKET DISMISSED!!!
I heard about Roberto and his firm through a friend. It was my first speeding ticket and I never hired an attorney before. I was very worried that it would go on my record and mess up my insurance. Roberto put my fears at ease and explained the process in an easy to understand way. In the end, the ti...

Not worth it!
Got a ticket for 10miles over speed limit. After hired him, still have to pay fines over $100 plus his attorney fee $250. Not worth it! Never happened like this. I got a couple tickets before more than 15miles over and never have to pay. I'll never hire him again.
I am sorry that you are not happy with the result. I do make every effort to keep my clients satisfied and informed about their case. As I verbally communicate at every consultation and include in every contract, I always strive for a dismissal and many cases result in this. Other cases are resolved by way of a reduction to a non-moving violation with a fine that does not impact the driving record. Whether a case is dismissed or reduced to a non-moving violation depends on the legal issues of your case and the policies of the court that presides over your case. In some courts, the fine is almost simply a court cost one has to expect. I understand you have had a couple tickets in the past that were dismissed without a fine, but eventually the tickets catch up to everyone the more you get. Without knowing which case this is, you could have had a solid ticket written by a good officer in the wrong court. If avoidance of court cost is your main goal, then I would not recommend hiring any attorney in the future as there will always be an inherent risk of paying a fine. Again, I do strive to make every client happy within reasonable limits. If anyone is upset about a result or fine, please contact me directly so I can potentially adjust the attorney fee accordingly.
