I just retired from the US Army after 27 years and even though I made the mista...ke and failed to see that I was at a posted two-way stop and that I failed to stop at that posted 2 way stop. You and your team rush to my aid and understood that this was my first "accident" in many, many, years and you searched through tons of legal information to have my case dismissed upon conditions and issued me a non-formal agreement with the prosecutors for the next six months. Roberto was awesome! I basically got a speeding ticket, and didn't want to defer because the caveats of deferring a ticket are RIDICULOUS! You have to PAY for an online class, can't get another ticket for x amount years blah blah blah... it was a terrible option. I google a lawyer and wound up find...ing Roberto. All i had to do was pay Roberto a flat fee through his simple payment email and send him a copy of my speeding ticket. From there he handled everything. I didn't have to attend any court dates, all he did was update me after the hearing. I would like to note though, that for me, the court did not immediately dismiss my ticket. Roberto had to schedule a follow up hearing (i again did NOT have to attend), where it was finally dismissed. The whole process of it finally getting dismissed took around 4 months. Which is great considering that all i had to do was email him my ticket and sit back and wait. He was able to overturn my driving with suspended license conviction. Its was a court error and my license should have never been suspended in the first place. Right after I paid the ticket I tried hiring numerous lawyers and none of them would take my case. After about a year of paying premium insur...ance rates I decided to try another lawyer. I typed in my information online and he got back to me the next day saying he would take the case. I though it was a long shot because every lawyer I talked to said I was pretty much screwed. He ended up getting my driving record clean and I got the money back from the ticket. I would definitely recommend.
