I almost didn't contracted his services (a minor misunderstanding with his office staff) however he reached back to me and assured me I wouldn't regret giving him my business so I went for it and sure enough the very next day after he attended court for my case he delivered the great news that my tic...ked had been dismissed! So it was a great experience.

I was ticketed for driving 79 in a 60... It happened to be where the freeway changes from 70 to 60 and I wasn't paying attention. I could not afford for this ticket to go on my driving record. It would cost me a ton in monthly insurance increases. Plus, I have another deferred speeding ticket that I ...would have to pay outright too. So I looked around, researched and hired Roberto. He let me know that this would be a challenge because it was 19 miles over, but he would do all he could. He also let me know that if he didn't win any settlement, that I would get a full refund of my retainer fee (which is about the same amount as the ticket cost). Either way I had nothing to lose. Once I hired him, I didn't need to do anything. He filed the paperwork and appeared at court on my behalf. He contacted me after the hearing to let me know he successfully got my ticket dropped to a non-moving violation which keeps the infraction off my driving record! I still need to pay a $136 fee to the court... But this was so worth it! It's going to save me a lot of money in the long run. Really glad I reached out to Roberto. Hopefully I won't need his services again, but if I do, I will definitely reach out! I highly recommend him.

Mr. Yranela was able to get my reckless driving in the 2nd degree dismissed. The process was easy. He asked me a couple of questions regarding my driving record. Then asked me to complete a form form, forward a copy of the ticket and pay the retaining fee. I was advised that if he could not get any c...hange that that my fee would be refunded or if the violation was changed to a non moving ticket I would expect to pay an additional fee up to $139. This was the first time that I ever solicited a lawyer regarding a ticket and I am very satisfied with the process and the outcome.
