I met Brian to figure out my next steps during the Covid 19 crisis.
He was very thorough in evaluating my business and worked from a sense of accountability, wanting clients to come out of it in a better position than before. It's hard to find that kind of lawyer nowadays.

I contacted Brian to discuss my options about filling bankruptcy. He was very kind and met with me that day to lay out my options for me. I decided to hire him and proceed with filing. He even stayed late with me to get it taken care of that day. Our meeting of the creditors has been pushed back due to current world events but Brain and Diem have been very responsive and helpful with all my questions (even on the weekend. Sorry guys). I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this hard decision. Brian is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding.

I came in and discussed some things with Brian. He walked me through every option he felt was a possibility. He was not only very knowledgeable he also was compassionate and understanding. There aren’t many people out there these days that have all of that. I felt absolutely comfortable talking to Brian and he assured me that I am not the only one dealing with certain things in life. No one wants to file for Bankruptcy and the process can be very stressful but Brian was helpful and understanding throughout the process. He was professional, he was responsive, and he is extremely knowledgeable about Bankruptcy law. He was beyond patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
