I have had the privilage to have had Jeannie represent me on several traffic infractions as well as represent employees operating vehicles owned by my company. I have had to retain lawyers in the past for various circumstances but I have never been associated with an attorney that is more knowledgea...ble, experienced, and responsive to my needs as Ms. Mucklestone has been. She has never lost a case that she represented me on and that speaks volumnes on how well prepared she is as well as her professionalism. I have enthusiastically recommended Jeannie to my clients and will continue to do so in the future.

Jeannie has represented my wife on four different traffic violations in Shoreline District Court. Some of the Shoreline Traffic Officers took the infractions personally and went out of their way to insure the citations stuck. One Officer even talked a prosecutor into prosecuting the speeding ticket (...12 MPH over). One Shoreline Traffic Sgt wrote his troops an official department memo instructing them to write my wife for "every infraction they saw her commit". Needless to say, they put a big target on my wife. Without Jeannie's help, my wife (a soccer mom) would have continued to be a target in the community she lives. Thanks to Jeannie, all the citations were dismissed. Oh the smell of sweet, sweet justice! Thanks again Jeannie, You Rock!

Stuck it to the man

I received a speeding ticket in Redmond and the cop was having a REALLY bad day. On top of the speeding ticket, he wrote me up for insurance AND expired license. The ticket was over $1000. Jeannie took my case, which involved repeated visits (called continuations) to the court over a period of a year.... She got everything thrown out. In addition to this particular case, she has gotten three or four other tickets of mine dismissed over the years. Cops can be the most power-hungry jerks -- I'm glad there are attorneys like Jeannie fighting for the little guys.

Cleared my Speeding Ticket

Jeannie Mucklestone is well known in the Seattle area for having a great ability to clear away traffic headaches. She got my speeding ticket dismissed and I didn't need to do anything.

Incredible results

I had one ticket deferred and with in a month of the deferral expiring, I got a ticket in a school zone. It looked bad for me and I really didn't think I'd get off. The judge continued the case after seeing my predicament and advised I hire a lawyer. Jeannie was amazing, she was able to get my school... zone ticket dismissed so now I have a clean record again. Thank you Jeannie!
