I own a small trucking company, and often have run ins with super troopers, and law enforcement officers who are power tripping or are inexperienced trying to “make a name” for themselves, I was referred to Ms Mucklestone from another person in the same industry as me, and I am thankful as I have hir...ed her from overweight tickets clear to hit and run (property damage) no injuries (unattended vehicle) and I have had 100 percent cases dismissed. I only talk to her once and she handles everything with precision.

Speeding ticket

I had a ticket for speeding, no blinker and following too close. And it was gonna run me almost $700. I got a court date almost immediately after receiving my ticket and it was set for 2 months later. Jeannie emailed me a little later in the day and told me the case has been dismissed. She saved me t...housands of the dollars in the long run in insurance and such. And I really appreciate it. I suggest hiring her if you’ve gotten any driving infraction. She does her job really well and her prices aren’t outrageous.

Competent, pleasant, my good fortune to meet her

I met this woman in traffic court as she was quickly dispatching the charges for two other people. Their situations sounded similar to mine, so as she was walking out, I followed her and asked her if my case sounded like her previous two. She briefly advised me, then said she'd take over for me if I ...wanted her to. She had a clear track record of accomplishing what she needed to accomplish, and her fee was absolutely doable. I agreed, and a few hours later I got a text that my case had been dismissed! Very competent, very pleasant, and very fortunate for me that I ran into her. I'm keeping her card on file, just in case.

Great defense attorney!!

I hired Jeannie P. Mucklestone to represent me in a contested hearing for a speeding infraction I received in November, 2019. It was stress free, and simple to communicate with, and follow her instructions on how to proceed with the infraction. I did not have to be at the contested hearing, which was... extremely helpful to not take time from work. In the end Jeannie Mucklestone had my speeding infraction dismissed which is wonderful. I recommend Jeannie to anyone who needs help fighting a traffic violation.
