Thankful

One of the biggest and most regrettable mistakes of my life was my first time (and only only time DUI). It caused a significant amount of anxiety and stress. However, working with Jeannie Mucklestone and her office made the experience much smoother. Ms Mucklestone was very responsive throughout th...e process, and her office was extremely helpful. My DUI was downgraded to reckless driving with what I thought were fair penalties/repercussions.

Cascade District Court dismissal

Ms Mucklestone was able to have my infraction dismissed. It was on a motion to suppress. I thought it,Ishtar have been the Stanwood town person who removed the year on my license tabs. The citing officer stopped me for running stop signs intown. I didn’t argue but had no agreement. It is slow there i...n town. I paid $9.95 for the new tab and trust this will prevent future stops. I should ha e had a warning even though the officer dropped on. I thought that was fishy. Jeannine Mucklestone is great!

Best Lawyer In Town

Jeannie is the best hands down you would be absolutely satisfied with her service as a CDL holder she got a moving violation dismissed where it didn't go on my record, as that would have destroyed my career she was very good at keeping me updated every step of the way and I didn't have to appear for ...court loosing income her service is A1 and she fought really hard for me. Very satisfied client.

Speeding Ticket Dismissed

Traffic Infraction

I have never hired an attorney for anything before and was extremely apprehensive. However, anytime I had a question Jeannie was very quick to respond. I am not saying that I was not extremely nervous, as Jeannie and I never spoke, but the outcome could not have been better; the charges were dismis...sed. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do I know that Jeannie can produce good results.
