Super Professional, Quick and Easy

Stress Free

Jeannie Mucklestone was very professional, efficient, and responsive to my emails. I had a traffic infraction with a mitigation case and a $150 fine. Jeannie Mucklestone told me that we needed to contest the case. She took care of changing the case from mitigation to contested. She also told me that ...I did not need to be present at court during the hearing. The case was dismissed by the judge and Jeannie Mucklestone promptly informed me of the result. Basically my entire case was handled extremely well and I was relieved of the stress of appearing in court.

Case Dismissed - Kept my clean record!

While in my case, hiring Jeannie may have been overkill as it was a speeding infraction, she did keep my record spotless and took care of everything. Her fee wasn't much more than the ticket, especially considering I personally didn't have to go to court and my insurance premiums won't go up. My only... feedback is that she must be busy as communication wasn't the best. The end result was great, though.

100% success rate would def recommend!

We have used her services for over 13 years now and she has had 100% success rate for all of our cases which consist of traffic tickets. She def delivers and works hard. I would def recommend and have referred her multiple times now, she truly is the best!
