Praise for Jeannie

My husband was in a terrible accident and sustained many injuries. A few days after the accident, we recieved a citation although he had not been told he had been cited. I contacted Jeannie's office and sent them the information. The citation was dismissed as the state could not meet it's burden of p...roof. We are so happy and feel very relieved. We were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism

Excellent representation in negligent driving citation

I was stopped in Seattle after pulling away from a traffic light too fast. I did not know that this was not allowed:) Although I was honest and respectful with the officer, he told me he thought it was reckless behaviour and gave me a citation for reckless driving in the second degree. I did not ...know what this was, until I looked it up - and decided I needed legal representation. I asked around, and Ms. Mucklestonbe was recommended by three people. She clearly explained the procedure, my chances (I thought I would be going to jail or be deported, since I have a green card) for success and the overall process. She did not expect it would be that serious, and she was right. After a few weeks I received a letter that the case was dismissed, after she had requested evidence. This evidently did not exist and so the case was dismissed. Perfect!

Reliable, reproducibly

On more than one occassion I hired Mrs. Mucklestone to handle speeding tickets. Each case she got flat-out dismissed. The only thing I needed to do was forward her the court communications. I hope that one day I might learn by what magic she achieves these results. I won't tell anyone, I promise.

Jeannie Mucklestone - Best in Class Traffic Offense Mitigation Attorney

After significant due diligence and confirmation through other attorney references in other unrelated practices and by speaking with a childhood friend of Jeannie, I can say without reservation that Jeannie Mucklestone is a best in class attorney and problem solver for our traffic related issues. ... Speeding Ticket I-5

I selected Jeannie Mucklestone solely on the reviews I read here on Avvo. I had gotten a ticket early morning heading south on I-5 in Federal Way when I was stopped for doing 78mph in a 60mph zone. I did a little research on my own, then I emailed Jeannie Mucklestone. She replied promptly. I did n...ot have to show up for court. Next thing you know it, I received a letter in the mail confirming that she got the ticket dismissed. I did not have to show up in court. What a lifesaver!! I would definitely contact Miss Mucklestone in the future...which I hope I do not have to. I was completely pleased with the results.
