Great Service

Jeannie was able to get my traffic ticket dismissed with minimal hassle for me. She always responded swiftly to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend her as an attorney!

True Legal Representation

Jeannie Mucklestone has represented me in 4 cases in the last three years, with the most recent one being the most complicated. Jeannie took a difficult situation and studied it to find what would be the best course of action for me and implemented it. She was there to support me and reassure me an...d her strategy paid off, getting my case dismissed. She is friendly, always returns my calls and emails within hours and she is very knowledgeable which levels out the playing field when trying to fight a traffic ticket. I have no idea how many cases she handles daily but the amazing thing is that you always feel like you are her only client: all her resources and those of her team are planted solidly behind your case as soon as you alert her of your situation. She is highly respected by her colleagues, Judges and other court officials and she always follows up with a letter or email to confirm in writing the outcome of the proceedings. My only regret is not meeting her earlier and I would be happy to recommend Jeannie Mucklestone to anyone who wants to have true legal representation in traffic related offenses.

Peace of mind - Thank you Jeannie!

Jeannie Mucklestone epitomizes legal acumen, responsive customer service and high professional standards. All of her communications were immediate and her instructions clear, making it very easy for me to know how to proceed and when to act to best defend against my speed-trap ticket. Normally I do...n't mind paying my dues when I've crossed a line -- I'll do the time if I've done the crime -- but this was an utterly ridiculous call on the officer's part, one clearly motivated not by a concern for public safety but by a desire to boost local coffers only. (Few things in modern society are more vexing!) Suffice it to say, I was very interested in making sure the matter didn't go 'his' way, but I was unsure if I wanted to pay the cost of an attorney. BOY - am I ever glad I did! Jeannie's fee was very reasonable and very much worth it to me (and my future insurance rates). She was friendly, knowledgable, confident and she did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and setting expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks again, Jeannie!

Jeannie Mucklestone is the BEST traffic attorney in the state

Jeannie Mucklestone is more then an excellent attorney - she is the BEST traffic attorney in our state. She understands the law and has her client's best interest. I hate to think what my family's insurance rates would look like without Jeannie. My teenager got a ticket for driving 5 miles over the l...imit on his way to the SAT course. My husband and I both received speeding tickets, and Jeannie used her knowledge of the law and the process to represent us - and because of her work, the tickets are not reflected on our driving record. I keep Jeannie's business cards in my wallet, my glove compartment and always have a few extra to pass on to friends and family. The back of her cards give useful information of "what to do" if you are pulled over. Protect your rights. Don't become a victim of the system. Keep Jeannie on speed dial. And drive carefully!!

School Zone Ticket

Jeannie helped me get out of a really bad speeding ticket that was in a school zone. Kirkland police had pulled me over as I was slowing down in the school zone and wrote me up a 270 dollar ticket. I looked her up and hired her to defend me on this matter. It took from October to March but she got me... off and it did not go on my record. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good lawyer in defense for a speeding/traffic ticket.
