Success for a DUI and subsequent speeding / no proof of insurance ticket

In summer of 2012 Jeannie and her team represented me for a first time (and hopefully last!) DUI which was reduced to reckless driving and moderate penalties (90 days interlock, 2 years probation) Jeannie represented me in court Monday 05/20/13 for 20 over, no proof of insurance and expired tabs ...with the result of ticket dismissed! This was *very* critical since the insurance aspect would have violated parole on the reckless driving. Jeannie, her staff attorneys and office personnel are easy to contact and talk with in a "friendly but professional" style. Jeannie personally attends the hearings and, in my experience for speeding tickets, the client does not have to appear. Jeannie and staff represented me on two previous tickets; one from WSP aircraft and another where I passed the WSP at 20 over on a motorcycle - both were dismissed! Mutiple other acquaintances have had 100% success when Jeannie represented them for speeding issues.

Jeannie is the best !!!

I cannot explain how amazing Jeannie is. I have had her represent me on 14 different tickets now and every single one has been dropped. The price is more then fair and her success rate has been flawless. I wonder what her secret is? Thanks Jeannie

Jeannie Mucklestone is absolutely the best.

Jeannie Mucklestone and her team helped me with a speeding ticket. The process was seamless. No one can guarantee victory but Jeannie's track record is undeniable. In this case, the case was dismissed. I 100% recommend anyone on the Mucklestone Team.

Best Phone Call I Ever Made!

Just a few months after he received his license, my son hit a bus and was cited for cell phone use and driving too fast for weather conditions. No one was hurt, but he was totally traumatized and ashamed. I was comforting and forgiving as a parent, but as his insurance provider I was extremely worr...ied how my rates would be impacted and if my son's license was suspended he would no longer be able to attend college. I knew the Mucklestone name from friends as she has handled cases like this all over the state. Jeannie said she had confidence she could get one of the charges dismissed. She appeared in court for my son while he attended school and later that day she informed us that both tickets had been dismissed!!! OMG I let out a sigh of relief that rid me of all the worry that had built up since the accident. I don't know how Jeannie did it, but she saved my perfect insurance record and my son's education! Jeannie's service went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Keep her phone number in your car!

THANK YOU!

Jeannie is the ONLY attorney that I would recommend for a traffic violation! She and her staff are extremely thorough, kept me informed and updated during a very stressful time! She was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed and my first (and ONLY) DUI reduced to a minimal charge! I am very grat...eful for her professional knowledge and wonderful interpersonal skills! I highly recommend her!
