Spectacular . Highly recommend Jeannie and her Great Team

7/19/2012 Jeannie Mucklestone and her staff are the best ! ! Do not hesitate to hire them. I got a DUI in May........and today July 19th, she already got a final resolution with the court that I am very satisfied with........ I truly cannot say enough good about Jeannie and her team. They... were all extremely thorough. Jeannie responded to all my e mails within one day. Her staff answered all my calls right away during business hours, and easily handled all my questions. I was never put on hold once whenever I called her office. At court today Jeannie had a full folder with all my records, statements, my bio, personal references, and it was obvious she had studied it and that she was very well prepared.......as she spoke to the Judge on my behalf. It also appeared that the judge, prosecutor, and all court staff have a good working relationship with Jeannie and a lot of respect for her. Consider yourself very fortunate if you have any legal issues and you find Jeannie Mucklestone and her team. Eric- July 19, 2012

Photo ticket dismissed

I do not live near were I received a photo speeding ticket. This would have made fighting very expensive so I did a internet search, and determined that Ms. Mucklestone was a good choice and I was not disappointed. My past experience with lawyers has taught me that I have to do my part to get things ...done. Ms. Mucklestone and her staff were helpful and quick to reply to e-mails and phone calls. Even when the Courts messed up paper work, which I 'm sure helped when it came to dismissing the ticket. I'm sure this would not have been the case if I would have represented myself. I would use Ms. Mucklestone again if needed.

Case Dismissed!

I met Jeannie literally five minutes before my Contested Hearing after overhearing her converse with the Prosecution. I approached her to inquire about her fee and my case. She reviewed it and quickly returned stating she could get it dismissed. I understand legal issues can be a 50/50 outcome but he...r demeanor and confident response convinced me. We worked out a deal right there on the spot and thirty minutes later my driving infraction was dismissed.

Excellent Proven Attorney!

I have used Jeannie Mucklestone's services on a couple of occasions and referred her to one of my friends. She is VERY knowledgeable, fast at responding and keeps you in the loop as to your case. You can trust that Jeannie will always be up front with you and is very personable. If you are looking fo...r the best Attorney when it comes to traffic matters that are both criminal and civil, its Jeannie Mucklestone!!!

Smooth, Efficient and Convenient

I really do not wish to use your service too often but, when needed, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I am fairly skeptical of many things but Jeannie came highly recommended by a friend. My first experience using her services, I had received a speeding infraction a few days after a speed modificati...on was posted close to my home. I sent my info via E-mail and posted payment via Pay-Pal. Couldn’t be much easier. I questioned her office a few times and each time Jeannie herself responded clearly and promptly. Best of all, no days out of your own schedule appearing in court. Simply a notice of when hearing is scheduled, and a final letter with, in my case, a positive outcome of hearing. I have used her services again since, also with a positive outcome. Again, I don’t wish to use these services often but, when needed, I glad Jeannie is there to help!
