Communicative, polite, professional and prompt

Jeannie and her staff were top notch! Communicative, polite, professional and prompt. If you're stressed about a ticket, do not hesitate to use Jeannie. It was worth every dollar. She helped my case get dismissed and all I need to do was traffic school. I hope I never have to use her services again b...ut if I do, I will absolutely be giving her a call.

100% satisfied

After receiving a ticket Christmas night I hired Jeannie Mucklestone. I had a court date for February and with the COVID-19 my court date got changed 4 times. Jeannie always stayed in contact with me letting me know that the date had been changed again and she was still going to represent me when m...y time finally came. When ever I had a question she was very quick to respond. She took my bad situation and turned into into a good one. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a traffic Lawyer. I know that if I am ever in a situation where I need a Traffic Lawyer again she will be the first person I call. Thank you again for all you did for me.

Clean record and so easy!

I was stopped for a cellphone violation in the beginning of the corona virus outbreak, I immediately contacted Jeannie. She was able to handle all court proceedings, I needed to do nothing but submit a payment and do one traffic class online. She was concise and needed very little from me, only a few... emails back and forth and she had my case dropped!

Case dismissed!

I hired Jeannie to see if I could get a speeding infraction dismissed. It was my first time ever hiring a lawyer and I wasn’t sure how this court stuff worked. I paid the $350 fee through her website and she contacted me by email shortly after that. She answered all my questions over email perfectly... (also a very fast responder!) and made this whole process really easy and non-stressful for me. She did everything and went to the court on my behalf. I found out a couple months later my ticket was dismissed! All thanks to Jeannie! I would recommend her! This was a great first experience with a traffic lawyer!

Jeannie always delivers!

Jeannie is the best! I have worked with her numerous times over the past 15 years and she's been able to get every single one of my speeding tickets (3 in total over the years) dismissed. Her fee is well worth it as the infraction is not going on my records and my insurance rate will not be affected.... She rocks!!
