First ticket dismissed

First lawyer I’ve hired, was not disappointed. Talked and delivered! I did not need to show up for court and was a simple procedure for me. Got me out of a speeding ticket.

Fast and Efficient

Working with Jeannie and her staff were fast, efficient and near frictionless as it was handled completely electronically over email. My speeding ticket was dismissed and I didn’t even have to show up to the hearing. Hopefully I won’t have to utilize her services again, but if I find myself in a si...milar situation, you bet I’ll be contacting Muckelstone!

Ten years ago I got a speeding ticket in south King County, Washington by the local police . I called my nephew who is a lawyer I offered to pay him his regular hourly rate and any other expenses, as to keep the money in the family . He refused my offer and told me to hire Jeannie Mucklestone, He s...aid “She is the best at what she does.” and went on to say he would hire her if he ever received a traffic ticket. I called her up the next day sent her a copy of the ticket she started working on the case even before I paid her. About a month two later I received a letter from her saying the case was dismissed. I didn’t have to take off work to go to court or to meet with her and her team, everything was handle remotely. 10 years later to the month , the same south King County town I received another speeding ticket this time from the Washington State Patrol. I immediately went to Jeannie Mucklestone’s website filled out the online forms and paid her flat rate for speeding tickets. After numerous court date postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic, months later I received another great news letter/email from Jeannie P. Mucklestone, Case Dismissed. Again everything was handled remotely and professionally. If you are considering fighting your traffic ticket yourself, DON’T ! We leaned the hard way some 20 years ago when my wife received a speeding ticket the judge hearing the case cut her fine a little but the infraction was on her driving record. The judge told her Washington State courts adhere to strict procedures. He said representing yourself in court is like trying to diagnose and cure your own medical condition. If you are considering hiring a lawyer to fight your traffic ticket. Hire Jeannie P Mucklestone, as I quote my nephew lawyer again. “She is the best at what she does.”
