Not Worth the $

Failed to get ticket dismissed. Full fine, still went on driving record. EXTREMELY dismissive and condescending in communications. Would strongly advise people to avoid.

I wouldn’t recommend this attorney, if you want your ticket dismissed.

I would not recommend getting her as a lawyer, I got her to dismiss a ticket and paid 350$, it took her 3 court dates to get it dismissed. After the dismissal she made me be on probation for a full year and I already was on probation. I also got charged 257$ after her dismissal. After my first probat...ion ended I got a fine of 136$ because of the violation that Jeannie “DISMISSED”. I would not recommend her from my experience, plus you always speak to her secretary and not her.

Failed!

I hired Jeannie for a traffic ticket. She failed to get me off on a technicality, then recommended I plead to another offense that still put points on my license. I would not hire her again.

Dan's ticket was amended to a non-moving violation that will not affect Dan's insurance at all. His driving record remains free of the moving violation he retained me to defend.

Terrible communication.

I was a client of Mucklestone's. I had a ticket for going 35 in 25 mph zone. Her communication with her clients is poor with her firm not contacting me till the very end where they decided it was a good idea to accept the deal of neglegent driving instead of going on to having it dismissed. The fact ...that she herself didn't call me and instead had a junior counselor in her firm contest the ticket was even more troubleing. I would not use this service as my ticket was only reduced by $30 making a $500 into something more like an $800 with her service fees. I have simply not had a favorable experience with this firm because of the lack of communication and thier inability and or unwillingness to proceed with trying to dismiss this ticket make me question myself as to "What did I just pay for?"

This client's speeding infraction was amended to a violation that will not show up on his driving record at all. It was NOT amended to negligent driving. All of his options were discussed with him in advance of his hearing and he chose to accept the offer that the prosecutor made. He did not tell me he was unhappy in any way until this review was posted.

Poor Representation

Jeannie seems to get great reviews from most people, so my review may seem unreasonably negative, however: - 1) She did not win for me (had that been the only issue I just would not have bothered writing this review). 2) She did not take notice of what I believe was significant information in my c...ase & effectively deprived me of the opportunity of making a better job of it by representing myself. I believe I have reasonable expectations of traffic attorneys. I know the fee does not buy much of their time. They are only going to take a procedural approach, they are not going research and present a complicated case. Knowing that, I made it clear to Jeannie and her team that I had something I wanted to present to the court myself. Apparently Jeannie's tactics involve a whole lot of postponement and rescheduling, but when it came to the crunch, if all else had failed, I wanted to be in court and I wanted the opportunity to present my own case. After being assured by Jeannie , several times , that I would not be needed in court, I learned that my case had been heard and that I had been found guilty in my absence. I obtained a recording of the hearing and it was clear that the lawyer sent by Jeannie to represent me had nothing significant to say on my behalf. Jeannie may be great at the procedural game, but ultimately failed to act in my best interest.

1. Gary's 17mph over the limit speeding ticket was amended to a nonmoving violation that will never appear on his driving record. 2. Gary's case was never postponed or delayed. 3. It was my opinion that because the officer said that Gary admitted to going 45mph in a 35mph, which is admitted into evidence against him, his case would have been found committed as a speeding ticket, would have gone on his driving record and would raise his insurance rates. 4. My firm was successful at keeping this off his driving record.
