Great attorney!

We used Jeannie to help with our son’s traffic ticket. She was great- very responsive with questions and keeping us informed of the progress. We highly recommend her!

Case dismissed!!

The verdict is in! Plenty of tickets in my 30 years or driving. Some deserved, some not (IMHO wink). But not THIS time!! May seem like a super minor infraction but you logistics folks know what more than one of those can mean to your insurance rates AND employment opportunities. First time I eve...r fought the system. Jeannie handled my legal matter with the utmost care, responsiveness and professionalism. Nothing like having a most knowledgeably expert, with years of experience as a judge presiding over attorneys arguing traffic cases, serving in my defense guiding me through the legal process and delivering favorable results. If you need help with any kind of traffic or moving violation situation I would most highly recommend Jeannie’s services to all.

Jeannie is the best. Keep your driving record spotless and your insurance rates low. Ji is helpful in the office and the communication is great. They are on top of it every step of the way with the proceedings.

Literally Perfect

I had a huge speeding ticket, and Jeannie had it dismissed within 2 months. Literally dismissed. God tier work in keeping it off my record

My experience with Jeannie Mucklestone (and traffic/speeding violations (I have no experience with her with DUI because I don't drink, but for everything else): 1. Fill out your ticket. 2. Check the contested hearing box. 3. Email Jeannie a scanned copy of your completed ticket. 4. Pay her f...ee (one flat fee). 5. Mail your ticket to the court no earlier than on the 10th day. I always purchase some sort of mailing proof (get some sort of confirmation) from the post master. No need to do registered signed receipt but the cheapest way to prove you mailed the infraction. 6. Receive your court date in the mail. 7. You will eventually receive a letter from the court. Send the envelope the court information came in and mail the envelope and a copy of the court information to Jeannie's physical address (Often this step is not required). 8. Do not call, do not do anything else (wait anywhere from 30 days on up to a year). 9. Receive an email "Dismissed". 10. Bonus: For speeding I have never had to make a court appearance. 11. Jeannie has helped hard working law abiding citizens frustrated with the road tax (speeding) and other disruptive bias traffic infractions where no road rage, reckless driving or other forms of misconduct were present. With all of the crime these days send a message (police the criminals) leave us alone. Don't pay one dime to the court system pay Jeannie. 12. If you follow theses simple steps your in good hands.
