The Absolute Best Lawyer you can have

Jeannie is unbelievable. She truly is the best in the business. I was impressed with her communication to me, her handling of my case, and of course the results. Everything was dismissed. I highly recommend her.

Made my infraction disappear!

I received a speeding ticket and criminal infraction for driving with a suspended license. Jeannie managed to get the suspension infraction reduced to a non-moving violation. She also handled the speeding ticket complementary with the criminal infraction, and it completely disappeared! Jeannie has... a fantastic practice and I will recommend her to my friends in future just as many people recommended her to me!

We just received a letter that our son's case has been dismissed and are thrilled! Jeannie's non-judgmental and professional approach made this process so easy for us and not the nightmare we were expecting in trying to defend ourselves. We highly recommend her!

Major Traffic Infraction

There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe how well Jeannie handled the defense on my case. In March 2006 I was arrested for a major traffic infraction. My initial thought was to bite the bullet and take whatever punishment the State saw fit but my wife suggested that I hire an A...ttorney to protect my rights. Over a period of 14 months Jeannie was tenacious in defending my rights. She left no legal stone un-turned. After numerous court appearences and several motions Jeannie was able to convince the State to amend the charges to a much lesser offense. I can say without any reservations that Jeannie Mucklestone deserved every penny that I paid her plus my heartfelt thanks for a job very well done!

Sweet, professional, acting in my best interest?

I was Jeannie's client back in December 2006 (12.13.06). I was charged with a DUI with 0.068 BAC + traffic violation with no priors. Now facing similar charges, DUI with 0.022 + speeding ticket, yes 0.022, I am looking for another attorney. I'm wondering why Jeannie choose to utilize my one lifeti...me deferred prosecution (admitting guilt) for a DUI. Did she act in my best interest or hers (make a quick easy buck rather than getting it dismissed, guilty of only a traffic violation? I don't feel like I was optimally represented. Having worked with Mucklestones in the past, I was hoping to have a reason to continue my relationship...
