Awesome - professional and great results!!!

I had two speeding tickets in King county. Jeannie helped me with both of them; both tickets got dismissed. Absolutely fabulous!

Extremely pleased

I had never used a lawyer before for traffic infractions and didn't know what to expect. Cost a little more than other lawyers were advertising but was highly recommended by a friend. The proof of that recommendation was in the results....speeding ticket was dismissed! Now I can still afford to insur...e my teenage son thanks to Jeannie! We couldn't be more pleased.

Peace of mind - Thank you Jeannie!

Jeannie Mucklestone epitomizes legal acumen, responsive customer service and high professional standards. All of her communications were immediate and her instructions clear, making it very easy for me to know how to proceed and when to act to best defend against my speed-trap ticket. Normally I do...n't mind paying my dues when I've crossed a line -- I'll do the time if I've done the crime -- but this was an utterly ridiculous call on the officer's part, one clearly motivated not by a concern for public safety but by a desire to boost local coffers only. (Few things in modern society are more vexing!) Suffice it to say, I was very interested in making sure the matter didn't go 'his' way, but I was unsure if I wanted to pay the cost of an attorney. BOY - am I ever glad I did! Jeannie's fee was very reasonable and very much worth it to me (and my future insurance rates). She was friendly, knowledgable, confident and she did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and setting expectations. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks again, Jeannie!

Bottom line: I'm 100% satisfied.

When dealing with a traffic ticket that you know was wrongfully written, you know the odds are against you if you fight it alone. Hiring an attorney doesn't guarantee anything, but at least it increases your odds of a more "favorable" outcome. Unfortunately I've been in this situation before, and I...'ve hired attorneys for traffic tickets. But Jeannie Mucklestone's performance was particularly worthy of a written review. To me, a good gut feeling counts for a lot. That's exactly what I had from the moment that her staff returned my initial phone call, until I was informed the other day that my ticket was dismissed entirely. Because of their professional and courteous handling of my case from start to finish, I would have honestly been happy with even a downgrade to a non-moving violation, considering the nature of the ticket. But based on the information I was provided by Jeannie post-hearing, it was clear they did everything they said they would. My highest recommendation, and Jeannie Mucklestone's phone number is permanently stored in my contacts just in case. (I thought her rate was very reasonable as well.)
