About me

My team and I give companies and non-profits knowledgeable advice on operating and doing business in the US and other countries, including on matters involving contracts, distribution, international transactions, investment, mergers and acquisitions, market entry, exporting/importing and regulatory matters. We prefer the personal touch - we get to know our clients well, and tailor solutions to their needs.

I often represent companies in high technology, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, food and wine, entertainment, publishing, clean energy, professional services, logistics, fashion and many other sectors.

Prior to establishing Desh International Law, I represented the United States as a diplomat at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland until 2008.  For ten years she represented the United States in various capacities, including in US Department of State and the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
