Like many people I never imagined I would find myself in a potion of needing a bunkruptcy attorney. After a prolonged battle with cancer I was left with no other alternative, but having never gone trough the process before I had no idea where to turn for help. Fortunately I ran across Michelle and after the initial consultation, I knew she was the perfect person to guide me trough this very scary process.
Michelle never made me feel like I had done something wrong and always me feel much more at peace with what was happening to my financial life. Throughout the entire process Michells answered my incecent questioning with patience and genuine care.
Overall I cannot recommend Michelle enough for anyone who wants someone who will not only guide them through the legal labyrinth which is bankruptcy, but also treat you with dignity while she's doing it

I had to make the hardest decision of my life to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was in a vulnerable state and all I wanted was to hire a trustworthy, smart, compassionate, knowledgeable, and fierce attorney that would work in my best interest. Not only did I get all the things I was looking for in a bankruptcy attorney but a lot more. Michelle was very thorough, organized, and very experienced in the areas of Chapter 7 bankruptcy. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner which made the entire filing process go smoothly. I was scared and going through some hard financial times and Michelle alleviated a lot of my worries by assuring me that she will be right there by my side the entire filing process. I appreciate everything she's done for me and for those looking for a great attorney I highly recommend Michelle Carmody.

Bankruptcy is a double-edged sword. While one is able to get out from under the debt, one still feels like a moron for making choices that required wiping out that debt.
In my case, my bad choice was working with a close friend and business partner that stole from me and wiped me out. Michelle, having gone through her own experience of being hurt financially by someone close to her, helped me realize that it was time to look forward and take the necessary steps to get back on track.
Her experience and expertise were invaluable. She walked me through all of the documents and the entire process from beginning to end. She was also available, even when out of town, to answer my questions.
I felt she went above and beyond to make sure I was prepared. Without her help, this process would have been a nightmare. With her help, it was smooth and as comfortable as possible.
If you're considering hiring an attorney to help you with bankruptcy, look no further because you'll not find better. And the icing on the cake is that her rates are very reasonable.
Thanks again, Michelle, for your hard work and help.
