Michelle Hayden Bomberger

About me

In 2005, I founded Equinox Business Law Group, a law firm that serves small and growing businesses.  At Equinox, we believe every business deserves a legal partner committed to helping you build a successful business.

We believe legal counsel should be practical and responsive, empower you with information, offer less complexity, and commit to a predictable cost. In short, we believe there is a better way for law firms to serve businesses.

Like many firms, we work with our clients throughout their life cycle from startup through exit, handling transactions such as business formation, ownership agreements, financing transactions, employment matters, mergers & acquisitions, leases, trademark protection, copyright protection, online contracts, legal audits, succession and exit strategy, and estate planning. Because our lawyers are also business people with experience in starting, operating, and exiting businesses, they are able to see the business implications of a decision and offer practical alternatives and solutions based on the goals and objectives of the business.

In addition, we know cost-management is key for small and mid-sized businesses. Our flexible engagement structures make legal fees predictable and transparent. Our General Counsel packages and fixed-fee billing solutions allow you bring us into your decision making process without the fear of additional costs.
