My company has used Michelle as our Business Attorney for the past 3 years. Michelle and her company are business people who focus on law. This allows her to fully understand our business needs and goals while helping us navigate the legal landscape. As our primary business attorney, she is our first call when something comes up. Typically, Michelle can handle most of our issues - but isn't shy to tell us when we need a specialist. And, of course, her referral network for specialists has never failed us.
A great one stop shop for legal advice with deep business understanding! And to top it off, she is an amazing person. I can't recommend Michelle more highly.

AlphaGraphics Tacoma has worked with Michelle Bomberger for the past 2 years. Michelle and her team were true assets when helping to establish AlphaGraphics (a franchise). Michelle orchestrated two independent business purchases including employment contracts for the previous owners. She helped clearly define the risks and worked to minimize liability/exposure. Michelle Bomberger and Equinox Business Law have been a joy and valued partner.
Recently, Michelle help to clarify "at will" employment/termination law as it exists in Washington State. Her advice resulted in an outcome that was extremely beneficial to the company.
Should you require legal services, I highly recommend Michele and the staff at Equinox Business Law.

As a small business owner in today’s market, it is difficult to get personalized service. Equinox Business Law Group exceeds the current norm by providing exceptional customer care for both large and small organizations. Their attorneys take the time to learn how your company operates and what drives you as a business owner.
Equinox has played an integral role in the development and growth of my business. Their attorneys' timely responses to requests for deliverables, and the quality of their work is always of the highest standard. Equinox provides sound business advice. Their value and contribution to my business far outweighs the cost of their services. I would highly recommend Equinox for business law matters.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have worked with Michelle on several matters, and I endorse her. I think she is a first-rate attorney with invaluable first-hand business experience that helps her provide businesses with practical legal counsel on the broad range of issues they face.
Karol Brown, Immigration Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I strongly recommend and endorse Michelle Bomberger. She is an effective and intelligent advocate for individuals and companies. I have referred several clients to her to help them incorporate in the US, set up their structure, and be advised about US business laws. Michelle is able to make them feel comfortable and assured about their decisions.
