Our family was driving on the freeway and suddenly got pulled over and a ticket from an officer. We did not have time to talk more with the police officer as we needed get our kids to the school, but the kids were shocked and I was very worried about the whole experience and car insurance going up. ...Then I got Mr. Ken's number. When I left a message after I called Mr Ken's office, I was expecting getting a response within a day - normally the next day. "If I don't get a response, I will call tomorrow.", I said to myself. But as soon as I hang up a phone, and got back to my work, Ken called me. After the conversation, I felt much better about the ticket and could continue my normal day. Since then, Mr. Ken is very patient and explained the processes and how it worked multiple times. He always responded to my questions quickly and explained in details in very helpful way. We did not show up in court but Mr Ken represented us and got our ticket dismissed. Now I am more confident to drive on the same road again having someone like Mr. Ken who can help when we need him. I was on the receiving end of a rather draconian traffic ticket. I was stressing over what was going to be a large cash payment and also which might have caused my insurance rates to increase. I was directed to Ken who with one email took over everything-- I didn't have to go to court and I didn't ...have to follow up on anything.
