Outstanding Attorney!!!!!!!

I was accused of a crime that could have potentially ended my career and put my professional license in jeopardy. I did my research and met with a number of attorney's before hiring John. He seemed to be the most put together attorney I met with. It was the most stressful period of my life and I needed someone who was organized. The accusation against me was troubling, false and malicious. John was outstanding at every step of the process and my case was eventually dropped. This process took almost a year but without John I would not have been able to get all the way through the hell I was put through by a false accusation.

Without hyperbole, a literal life and career saver

I reached out to John after I realized my previous attorney wasn’t taking my case seriously. This was literally my life’s work and future hanging in the balance, all because of an unsubstantiated accusation. My first attorney was extremely nonchalant, lied about minor details and work he did, and was occasionally very curt when I asked questions. His attitude seemed to be that I should be grateful for him even taking the time to talk to me, despite the fact that I WAS PAYING HIM. Thankfully, that was not my experience with John at all. He was extremely professional, returned calls in a timely manner, and always made sure I understood the legal proceedings, ramifications, and that I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Because of his expert work, my case was thankfully resolved, and I look forward to moving into the future with this incident in the rear view. While I hope I never require legal services again, if I do, John will be the person I call.

John knows everyone!

John in an AMAZING attorney. John and I met outside the Bellevue courthouse before court. When we walked in together for my DV case the security guards said hi to him and called him by his name. That's when I knew I had the right attorney. John believed in my case at every step of the process and did not settle. The case took longer then I wanted but John eventually got the case dismissed to to false accusations and self-defense. This guy is connected. He knows the other attorneys, prosecutors, judges etc. around the courthouse. Thanks John !

Best Bet for Order out of Chaos

Words can not describe my gratitude to John T. His optimism, confidence and proffesionalism was the hard rock in the storm which engulfed my life a year ago. John shines in the court and was able to get my DV case dismissed in the notoriously difficult Kirkland Court. John T is also a striving pillar of the community and as such has many valuable resources to help you in all aspects of your case and life. I had actually hired a different lawyer initially, who had assured me that there was no way for me to avoid penalty in my DV case with the toughest court in Seattle area. I was certain of my innocence as the case was largely built on slander, and searched out John T. Best decision of my life. I would recomend anyone who in the future gets pulled into unfortunate circumstances with a person who has more red flags than a Chinese New Year to: A) Not speak to the police (my mistake) B) Contact John T.

Hands down THE BEST!

OUTSTANDING PHONE CALL

I talked to attorney John T. this morning and hired him. He got a copy of my police report today and spent over an hour talking to me over the phone and on Zoom to ease my mind about the possible penalty for Domestic Violence Assault. He was a big help and I am excited to be working with him.

Got me 10k for delinquent customer payment

I heard that with construction cases you can usually only get 50 cents on the dollar from customers who don't pay you. In this case John got me 100% of what I was owed.

An outstanding experience

I recently went through a completely unnecessary domestic violence charge. Spending time in corrections was hands down, the lowest moment in my life. In the last month, I was never more miserable, vulnerable, anxious, and impatient. I found John through Google where he had fantastic reviews. I corroborated all user feedback through Avvo. After interviewing multiple attorneys, John clearly stood-out: he wasn't salesy, pushy, and more importantly, he actually listened. John held my hand throughout this entire process. He was extremely responsive to my emails, phone calls, and calmed me down. He was also clear of his intentions and goals - definitely a "straight shooter". John was able to negotiate a diversion program with prosecutors. This was a favorable outcome. While I am sure that other attorneys could have reached the same conclusion, the experience was simply comforting. John is an attorney you can trust.

Recommend for Assault Charge.

Beat my Domestic Violence charge

I was falsly accused of a domestic violence assault by a member of my family. I told John T. up-front that I was not accepting any deals from the prosecutor and not pleading guilty to anything that I didn't do. John fought the case the whole way and got the case dismissed. This guy takes no #$%& from anyone.

Case Dismissed

Excellent Attorney

I highly recommend John Tymczyszyn for your case. He represented me when a protection order was served, an order which was unwarranted and unnecessary. I was confused and scared, and uncertain what this would mean for my future. John was reassuring, and importantly, 100% on my side. His research and preparation were thorough, and his actions were careful and measured. His knowledge of the court and his ability to anticipate its workings were invaluable. Caring, Knowledgable, & Efficient
