Excellent!
Elly Baxter has helped me to establish my company from the very beginning. My company went through a stressful transition of structural changes but she answered all of my questions promptly and made me feel comfortable. She went beyond the call of duty in researching the appropriate steps that we needed to take and coordinate our trade mark which made my company renowned and successful. I cannot recommend more as a lawyer- she has the skills, knowledge, and compassion but more over and importantly I trust her completely to do handle all of my company’s transactions .

Elly has been doing pro-bono for our NPO (Seattle IT Japanese Professionals). Our organization will not be built as solid as now without Elly's help. We have had several legal related issues in our organization and Elly stepped in and gave very clear advise to out staff members. Elly is an expert on International employer/employee law.
When I was about terminate my employee, I asked Elly for an advice to do it right. Elly not only provided me great advice over the phone, she quickly researched and provide me additional suggestions and advice via email within a few hours. With her knowledge and advice, I was able to terminate the employee without a doubt if I was doing it right or not. Elly is a very professional attorney, at the same time, she is very sincere and thoughtful. I strongly recommend her to be their attorney for any companies who are in International business.
