I hired David to resolve a dispute between myself and an independent contractor. He was very knowledgeable in this area, and developed a solid legal theory. His 30+ years of experience showed, and the matter was resolved to my great satisfaction through mediation and post-mediation negotiations. In addition to his expertise, I appreciated his patience, honesty, willingness to go to bat for me (and take a more aggressive stance when one was called for), and to counsel me on potential short- and long-term consequences. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me on my limited budget, so I did a lot of the detail work on my own. He also found an amazing paralegal which helped us go through reams of discovery at top speed. In strategy, I think it was fitting that he was more cautious as my attorney and I was more aggressive as a client. He was great about talking things through with me, and pursuing more aggressive stances when appropriate.

I am a business owner and so fortunate to have found David Reed for my legal needs. David sets the bar for all involved through his decency, humanity and common sense. His mindful practice in modesty with integrity in keeping his own overhead costs low allows him to pass that same principle onto his clients in low fees. He navigates the most efficient means while never sacrificing compassion and diligence. His respectful attentiveness speaks volumes along with 'immediate' response to emails and calls. He is able to achieve results, other attorneys might not, by taking the lead to circumvent barriers through alternate means. David is rare in his field and I not only feel fortunate having had him in my corner, but am better in having known him.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Reed for 30 years. I have referred many of my clients to him for quality business advice, whether the formation/dissolution of business entities or simply providing sound business counseling. Mr. Reed is deserving of the greatest recommendation I can give to any potential client.
