Compassionate, dedicated advocacy

Amanda was my attorney throughout an incredibly acrimonious and long drawn out divorce process. From the moment she first took on my case until the judges final decree I felt supported, protected and advised with sound counsel. My nature is one of compromise and peace keeping, leaving me I’ll equipped to meet the aggressive and dishonest approach my ex took towards our child custody conflict. Gratefully, I had Amanda by my side through it all. She managed to be assertive and stalwart in her defense against the false claims being thrown at me while simultaneously respecting my desire to not enter into a mud slinging war with the mother of my child. I really appreciated her ability to recognize and understand the human element of such emotionally charged legal proceedings while still maintaining a strong sense of professionalism. She talked me through the rationale behind various approaches we could take to the proceedings, always showing me my options and allowing me to decide how to proceed. I felt part of the process. That I was working with her as a team. In determining something as near to my heart as my relationship with my child, I cannot emphasize how grateful I was to have my voice and desires heard and respected as our legal course of action was decided upon. I would not have made it through such an excruciating time in my life with out Amanda’s compassionate counsel. Child Custody

Going through a separation is hard enough but having to go through it when a child is involved makes it 10x harder. While still grieving and being so confused on what to do next I contacted Amanda’s office to schedule a consult. During the consult Amanda was extremely mindful, understanding and patient, she talked me through exactly what needed to happen and even provided me with options on how she would be able to help depending on how much I was wanting to put into the process. After thinking it over I hired Amanda and asked that she handle everything and she delivered! The process was so easy and she walked me through it the entire time. Amanda’s communication was amazing and she made sure to respond to any questions I had either same day or the following business day. While working with Amanda I could tell she truly cared about me, when I would have guilt about any part of the situation she would listen and give me the best advice, she never pushed me to do anything I truly didn’t want to do. I can’t thank Amanda and her team enough for helping me through the hardest situation I have ever encountered in my life. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is needing help. After graduating Oklahoma City University School of Law, Amanda knew she wanted to remain in the area of family law. Amanda’s diverse family law experience spans over three states and nine years. Amanda recognizes her clients are often facing the most difficult time in their life and she takes that role as their advocate seriously. Amanda considers herself to be a competitive, dedicated attorney, with an eye for detail. Amanda is a strong advocate and litigator. She currently dedicates all of her practice to the area of family law. Amanda has experience with complex divorce litigation, parentage actions, and parenting plan modifications. For only being licensed in WA for two years, Amanda has substantial trial and mediation experience. This experience stems from both doing solo trials and sitting in as second chair. It is her objective to always offer her clients with ethical and competent counsel, as she assists her clients work through this challenging time in their life.

Attorney. Amanda was born in Germany on Hans Air Force Base and moved to the United States with her parents at 9-months-old. Both of Amanda’s parents were in the United States Air Force for twenty-years. Amanda has resided in four different states. Amanda earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City School of Law in 2014. She then moved to Anchorage, Alaska where she gained valuable family law experience as a Law Clerk for a very reputable law firm in Anchorage. She remained in Alaska for three years before relocating to Washington in October of 2017. Amanda continued her legal training with Vermont School of Law, earning her Master of Law in 2019. Upon moving to Washington, Amanda worked for another firm before joining the Gilson-Moreau team in September of 2019. Amanda practices primarily in Snohomish and King counties.

About Amanda. Amanda met her partner here in Seattle, WA. They reside in Bellevue and she is the proud dog mom to an Italian Greyhound, Reagan. Amanda is an avid runner/marathoner. She loves to stay involved with our local community and volunteers for several organizations. She is an alumna of the Sigma Kappa Sorority and stays connected by volunteering in various roles. Amanda loves to use her remaining free time visiting friends and family.

Without hesitation I give Amanda my highest recommendation

Could not have asked for a better Attorney to help me with my case. Amanda is detail-oriented and also able to see the bigger picture. She allayed many of my concerns during my case, and brought to light many different considerations along the way. She is calm, understanding but takes the bull by the horns, and fights for her clients. She gave me such an immense amount of peace, when dealing with a very stressful case. Compassionate Professionalism

Amanda was attentive and patient in helping me navigate a complex family law case. She was kind but also direct. Exceptional Attorney!

Amanda Gamble accomplished what every attorney that I spoke with or worked my case told me was impossible, she changed an existing, extremely unfair, parenting plan and won 50/50 visitation and custody rights for my son and I. She effectively countered a web of lies and distortions and had a horrible and fraudulent CASA report set aside for ‘inherent bias’ against me. When the other parent kept dragging me back into court with further false claims Amanda won judgements against her for doing so! I can’t say enough about her wisdom and effectiveness. Additionally, it seems to have had a positive effect on the other party’s willingness to agree to work out issues between us on our child’s behalf. For the first time in many years I feel I was heard and treated fairly in court.

Breath of fresh air!

I hired Amanda in the middle of my divorce after having a previous attorney that failed to support me in the way I needed and dug me further into a hole. I was recommended Amanda by a friend who said she would fight the entire way for me, not back down and do everything she could to support me on what my needs were. She did all of those and beyond. The entire firm was always good with getting back to me in a timely manner, compared to my previous attorney and never getting any information. She was very clear in explaining the process moving forward, and always asking questions to fully understand my situation. I would highly recommend her to help you with complicated divorces including children. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects that helped me know what to expect in process. I feel like she cared about my future with my kids, versus some attorneys who just expect money and drag you along the process to make it more painful, and not take your emotions into account. The Best Lawyer I've Come Across in Seattle

Amanda has been nothing short of an amazing lawyer. For my divorce, I initially started with a different lawyer who was non responsive and didn’t seem to have any care or concern for my case. Two months later, we were in the same spot that we’d started in with little to no movement. When I talked to Amanda, she listened to my concerns, cared about what I wanted, and did everything she could to get our desired outcome. Amanda has impeccable negotiation skills, is responsive, detail oriented, and tough when required. After I started working with her, I felt the weight lifted off my shoulders. She kept me in the loop on every communication and was consistently very timely with her responses, so I knew I could rely on her to get the job done. A few weeks later, our case was resolved in my favor. I cannot thank Amanda enough and would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a divorce attorney.

Best Lawyer for child custody or divorce if you find yourself in that position

I had a specifically hard and complex case. It went to trial after attempts to meditate. Amanda was very clear with communication and plan the entire time! She was in my corner 100 percent and never gave me any poor advice threw this very hard time! She continued to fight even when odds were down. I got the judgment i wanted after being told by other lawyers it was impossible!

Amanda Gamble represented me through a very difficult separation. My ex's behavior was absolutely ridiculous and incredibly vindictive throughout the entire court process. Amanda was always there to answer questions and deal with any issues both big and small. THE BEST OF THE BEST!

Trusting Amanda with my divorce and child custody was THE BEST decision I could have ever made. My divorce was extremely stressful and Amanda was really great at keeping me grounded and calm. She helped explain the process and made me feel comfortable with the terms that were decided. I got everything I wanted and more when we went to court. She listened to my concerns and the things I really wanted, helped me to prioritize what was best for kids and what was realistic in terms of our situation and truly fought for me in court. Amanda Gamble is the lawyer you should hire!

Amanda handled my child custody modification case. She was always very thorough, keeping me posted of what was going on every step of the way. She takes the time to understand your case, which in my case had been going on for years. She is always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nobody wants to have to hire an attorney and hopefully I won't ever have to again, but if I do, I'll definitely contact Amanda again. My case was settled amicably and both sides walked away at the end satisfied with the outcome. What could have been a terrible time in my life was made better thanks to Amanda. I always had full confidence in her and she didn't take any crap from opposing counsel. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a family law attorney in the future. I'm so glad I found her.

Wonderful Lawyer

Amanda was great in helping my fiancé and I fight our legal battle with our old apartment complex. She made sure we were not taken advantage of as well as helping getting our money back. Even though she did not represent us she was great at helping us with all of our questions and concerns. Amanda was great at getting back to us quickly by text, calling or even email.
