I purchased some bookcases from a local retailer three months ago. After examining one of the bookcases the day after delivery I found a manufacturing defect. I called the retailer to sort this out thinking they would exchange it quickly.
Weeks go by without a settlement from the retailer. I decided to contact a lawyer who specialized in consumer advocacy. I called Jessica Neilson. Within two days I had a new bookcase sitting in my living room.
I don't know what she told the retailer, but it sure worked! She settled a situation in two that had been dragging along for weeks. Thank you Jessica.

I hired Jessica to help me recover my expenses on a boat purchase that went bad. Jessica, gave me free consultation on the phone and took my case on. She immediately made contact with the dealer I purchased the boat through and professionally let them know where we stood. At all times Jessica remained composed and represented us in a fasion that I was not able to do because of my personal interest in the situation. One of the things I liked the most about her is that she was willing to go to court if necessary and never pushed a settlement for fear of appearing in court. Our stand was correct and the dealer settled. I would highly reccommend Jessica in a consumer protection case. L. Williams
