I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and family law. I am well-versed in the complex issues families face after the death of a loved one and assist my clients through the probate process with kindness and compassion during that vulnerable time. I have represented individuals in the full gamut of estates, ranging from simple small estate administrations through multi million dollar probates. From this experience, I know what a difference an excellently drafted, cohesive estate plan can make to families, and insure each client receives an estate plan individually tailored to their unique needs. I assist individuals with wealth preservation, long term care planning, and probate avoidance.
I have also recently expanded my practice to include family law. Divorces and child custody battles can be stressful and lonely times in one's life, and it is my goal to guide my clients through that turmoil with steady, compassionate representation to achieve the best possible outcome. I can help with divorce, child custody/parenting plans, child support, and domestic violence protection orders.
I graduated from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!!), double majoring in History and English Literature, with a minor in Political Science. I then received my juris doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law in 2015. During law school, I was part of UW’s Federal Tax Clinic, where I assisted low income individuals in disputes with the IRS.
I come from a long line of Husky fans, as my family has held football season tickets since 1959 (bow down to Washington!). My husband, Mick, and I are now lifelong Zags as well. When away from the office, I enjoy camping our two young children (ages 2 and 4), backpacking, horseback riding, and a neverending pile of sewing and crafting projects.
