Top notch representation.
I went through an extremely challenging divorce I initiated and Richard Funk represented me beyond all expectations. Results were achieved. He managed and handled my divorce from an ex-husband who even asked me to get the "pit bull" off of him. During meetings he was at my side constantly providing wise advise and the reassurance I needed in a professional and calm manner. In my situation, I needed the best and he truly is that. I highly recommend him.

Excellent lawyer and counsel
Mr. Funk had already looked up my divorce and did his research before I even set foot in office. He went to work when I scheduled my initial visit over the phone. It's never a good feeling to be sued by your ex for more money months after the divorce was finalized. Mr. Funk was able to reassure me how frivolous it was and that I had nothing to worry about. He got the matter resolved before we even went to court saving me thousands.

Amazing attorney
There is no doubt Richard is a talented attorney. He always responds to my questions quickly. He looks out for me and my kids bests interests. Even my kids like him! Richard is a strong negotiator and will do what he can to settle cases, but if you have to go to trial, you want him on your side. I strongly recommend Richard if you want a fantastic attorney. I am so happy he is on my side.

Arrogant with little social skill shown in consultation
I only had a 1 hour consultation but at the end of that it was clear that Richard Funk was not the lawyer for me. He either was having a bad day or just seemed to lack people, listening, analytical and judgment skills. I assume he must have some of these to have been employed as a lawyer for so long but they were not evident during my consultation.

I am truly sorry you feel that way. Not every lawyer is a good fit for every client. I represent client's I feel I can help to achieve their goals. I do not take clients just because they have the funds to pay me. Just because I did not agree with you and what you wanted to achieve, this does not mean that automatically my judgment and analytical recommendations were legally flawed. There are certain people I do not believe are a good fit and to avoid problems in the future, I decide to not represent them. If you are the person I think you are, I chose to not represent you for the good of both of us. My 30 years of experience tells me we would have ended up in the future just as we did at the end of your consultation.
