The law practice of Tiimothy F. Brewer, Attorney at Law, P.C. is limited to Family Formation Law. We provide legal services in all types of adoptions and assisted reproduction matters. We represent adopting parents and intended parents across the U.S. and around the world and gestational carriers, birth parents, and egg, sperm, and embryo donors throughout Oregon. 


Our office is committed to providing personalized, responsive, creative, and highly ethical legal services. We are small by intention in order to better serve and respond to the unique individual needs of our clients.
