Smart and Resourceful

Bryan was not only a great attorney but he was very honest and straight forward. He was always available and easy to talk to. He worked very hard with our case and explain everything with detail. I can’t be more grateful to have had him as our attorney he is very knowledgeable and was a great mentor ...to my son. He is also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable talking to him. If you need an attorney I recommend him 100%.

Excellent Defense Attorney

Bryan Boender is an excellent defense attorney. I was in a VERY difficult situation and Bryan and his team were able to get the case completely dismissed. Nothing on my record, completely expunged and sealed. Bryan and his team put in alot of work for me and always made himself available to or my ...family when he could. He didn't just get my case dropped, he was knowledgeable, had a great staff and a "Drive to win". I couldn't recommend Bryan Boender more.

Great attorney!

I hired Bryan when I was falsely accused of theft. He provided me with invaluable advice on how to handle my interaction with law enforcement regarding the theft. He performed a criminal liability analysis which was very professional and timely. I really appreciated Bryan's willingness to work wit...hin my budget and very short time frame. He was very fair with his billing, and he even gave me a discount on my invoice. Fortunately, I never had to go to court. If I had, I am certain that I would have been well represented. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone who needs advice on criminal matters.

Bryan will fight for you, when no one else will. He is intelligent, resourceful and very skilled in navigating uncertainty.

I was falsely accused of something. The problem, I didn't know what to do or how to defend myself. Bryan gave me a step by step plan and strategy to take on the false allegations. He was always easily accessible and listened with attention to detail while giving clear feedback on what was essential a...nd what was not. His litigation was masterful, he made use of the facts in his arguments that only someone with expertise in the law would know how to utilize. He understood how to use litigation to show the allegations were false even when the odds were against me. Most importantly, he respected my resources. I never felt as though he was trying to make money off of me. He ALWAYS put my best interest first and would clearly talk through the many decisions and outcomes and the costs associated with them. I cannot recommend Bryan enough. I was fully satisfied with Bryan's results in my case and the professionalism, intensity, intelligence and sincerity he brought to the case.
