I was in a situation that left me with a charge of DUII, reckless... endangerment, assault 3 (which could have been raised to assault 2) and reckless driving. The outcome could have resulted in a Measure 11 crime. Sentence was 90 days in jail which was reduced to Guardian monetering (no curfew and restricted to the state of Oregon for up to 90 days), So I spent no time in Jail. I was speechless.
