We hired Paul Ferder several years ago for my then husband who had a complex criminal case and found him to be extremely helpful. He was able to GREATLY reduce the anticipated sentence from 20 years to 18 months! He was quite literally a life saver. We hired Paul Ferder again this past year and foun...d the office to be highly accessible-phone calls and emails were replied to in a prompt manner. As a parent it was nice to always be able to get ahold of a love person! The office is also extremely helpful in helping people that require accommodations based on a disability.

So i have had my fare share of court issues from a very young age and I have probably been in front of a judge around 10 times, I had always heard the name Paul Ferder inside the jail and out and it was always positive about him. If you need something in marion county forsure he can pull the strings so to speak and make it happen maybe even farther then that for all I know but in this county I wouldnt count on anyone else for help on a case of mine he is very kind and will make the effort for you. In October of 2015, I was involved in a case that hit the news. I was charged with 28 measure 11’s. We hired Paul to represent our son on multiple charges and several probation violations, most of which our son had already incriminated himself on. Paul did an outstanding job of defending him.
