I was wrongly accused of sexual molest 1, which is a very serious accusation. The D.A. was determined to convict me. I was charged with 6 felonies and was looking at a possible prison sentence if convicted. I had to plead guilty to 3 out of the 6 felonies with a downward departure, meaning when I successfully complete the terms of my 3 years unsupervised probation, I will be able to have the 3 felonies reduced to misdemeanors and have them expunged after 3 years. I was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail on June 29th 2017, but was released after serving 12 hours of that sentence. Thanks to Paul Ferder and Zach Stern I have a 2nd chance at life. I am still mind blown by the work of this man. I called while in custody on a Thursday he told me he would be there on Saturday to talk to me. On Saturday of all days he sure showed up he told me don't worry about anything everything will be ok. Still worried he asked me do you have any questions I s...aid yes do you do miracles? He said yes he will make a miracle happen. I have 12 theft ones and a criminal history behind that. He showed up to my arraignment and told the DA this is how things were going to work and pretty much demanded my release.
