Where do I begin..? First off, I couldn't have had better representation or made a better choice than Walter Todd. I initially chose him by bits and pieces I've heard over the years as being the best criminal defense attorney money can buy... well, I can tell you from my personal experience and from ...many others too that his reputation is well deserved! This was my first time needing legal representation, I had never been in trouble but managed to get myself some serious charges. Needless to say I was scared. I also hadn't a clue how the whole process worked, what to expect, where to begin and what it all meant etc... Walter was immediately on top of it all, and I immediately felt a sense of ease and I knew I was in the right hands. He kept me up to speed every step of the way and was always prompt in returning calls/emails, understanding, non judgmental, extremely personable and very easy to talk to. I tend to be one of those relentless 'question askers' too, but Walter was always ready and willing for all of them, and not to mention he was patient when explaining things in ways I understood. He was excellent in gathering information and not missing a beat. He caught little but important things which multiple eyes had gone over and that was passed through many hands yet overlooked/missed by all. If I ever dropped in or called with a quick question, his legal secretary, Kim, was always very friendly and helpful too. I always felt acknowledged, comfortable, treated with respect and as a priority. Walter made it a point to be available around my schedule, going beyond normal hours of business including weekends, even early mornings and/or later in the evenings if there was anything needed to be discussed or more questions I might have had. In the end, he exceeded my expectations all around. I am confident no one else could have done what he did for me. Business aside, Walter is well liked in the community, a well respected man with a great sense of humor, an astounding person, my attorney and a friend. I highly recommend Walter Todd, hands down. His hard work, experience, successes and expertise will speak for itself.
