Great job getting my PIP paid by my ins carrier

I began having issues with my own insurance company paying my bills on the personal injury protection portion of my claim from the hit and run accident. I have always paid my insurance on time and been with the same company fora long time. Their denials for paying did not even make sense. This kep...t delaying my getting further treatment for a nerve injury to my elbow which was causing issues with my ability to feel some of my fingers on my dominant left hand. Finally and thankfully Alex filed a lawsuit to try to get things moving so I could get treatment. Still they dragged their feet but Alex looked out for me the whole way along with Richard ensuring I would get all PIP I had paid for . It should never require them to have had to do this for a PIP portion but it finally worked and the company settled this so I could get by providers paid and move forward trying to find a solution for the nerve damage in my left arm. I am pleased to have had RizkLaw on my side with their knowledge of insurance claims and persona injury. They also understood how I was feeling and the emotional stress this was taking on me due to it being a hit and run and the issues with being left alone to wait for my husband to get there - then the police report having inaccurate information which Richard forced them to come and amend the report. I am so happy with how things have turned out and now trying to be able to find a solution for my arm without this weighing me down emotionally.

When you gave money to your auto insurance company (as insurance premiums) It promised you (via your insurance policy), to pay 'reasonable and necessary" medical expenses caused by the crash up to the amount of your insurance limits. You trusted your insurance company to do that and not play games. Sadly, these days many insurers play the "deny, delay and defend" game. They leverage their financial, insurance knowledge advantage against consumers like you. It’s sad that you had to sue your own insurer to force it to make good on its promise. I'm overjoyed that we successfully pushed back to make you whole. You deserve it!
