Meredith is a client-focused attorney specializing in estate planning, elder law, and small business transactions. She provides an environment where clients can ask questions and engage in the legal process. She believes this helps each client feel connected with their legal plan. Meredith offers flat rate services while providing a unique plan based on each client’s family situation, current needs, and future goals.
Meredith earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in 1998, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. She has an active license to practice law in Oregon and maintains her inactive California license. She is also accredited with Veterans Administration and a member of Elder Counsel.
Meredith was the legal editor of the Oregon State Bar’s 2012 publication Legal Issues for Older Adults and a blogger on theseniorlist.com. Meredith enjoys educating the public on topics relating to estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid, Veteran’s Services, long term care, and ethics.
In addition to her legal practice, Meredith is a board member with the Senior Provider Information Network, chair of the family events committee at the Multnomah Athletic Club, and helped with the legislative efforts on House Bill 2661 relating to senior referral agencies.
