Rob ,through the kindness of his heart, took on a 40 year old case, full of unresolved issues involving my husband and his on the job traumatic brain injury. We will forever be greatful for his knowledge and professionalism in dealing with this very difficult case. He gave us some closure after all these years and we are finally able to move forward with our lives. I would recomend Rob, without hesitation , for any job related issues.

Mr. Kinney is a professional. When I was overwhelmed by paperwork or unable to understand the jargon, he broke it down for me. I appreciated his knowledge, compassion, and humor.

Robert was my classmate in law school, where he was an outstanding legal scholar. Now he's an experienced and dedicated attorney standing up for the rights of injured workers. I recommend him highly, and I'm proud to endorse him.
