An adoptive mother and father came to my office one week before the child was to be born. The father was in jail in Washington State, and mother had a restraining order against him. The necessary documents were completed so the adoptive parents were able to take the child home from the hospital and the adoption completed properly and quickly.

The parties settled the matter with both feeling as though they received a fair resolution.

The child was able to have continuous contact with both parents and the parents were pleased with their rights as and future with their children.
