The BEST firearms lawyer in Oregon

Jason was very professional and I had every confidence from the start that he would win my case, AND HE DID! The sheriffs denied my CCP and Jason had them reversed the denial AND I had my CCP in 3 days WITHOUT even going to court. Just his name alone gets you results. I highly recommend him. He was o...n top of it the whole time. The best thing is he always took my call and kept me up to date unlike some lawyers that never talk to you and leave you in the dark. If you want to win GET Jason Short!

I am giving my highest of recommendations to Jason and short law group! I was arrested for a dui in clackamas county.I was extremely scared and felt hopeless.I contacted 15 different attorneys for a free consultation and all that did was make me more scared and confused!14 of the attorneys i felt w...ere just looking at me as dollar sign as i felt they just wanted to push me through the process in which they all told me to just go through the diversion program since it was my first offense with a dui.I just didnt like the answers i was getting and i felt none of them really cared until i came across jason and short law group.when i spoke with jason he assured me he would fight for me and he would do everything he could to win this case.Jason came off as if he truelly cared and it wasnt all about the money which put me at ease.Jason told me of his experience as a D A for overn 8 years and now having his own law practice for about the same time and after knowing that I was convinced and knew I hired the best attorney for the job! Even though I was very nervous and worried about what the outcome was going to be I felt this peace at the same time that Jason was going to get things done for me in a positive way and that is exactly what happened ,Jason had called me with the best news I've had in years telling me "your case has been dismissed"! Highly Recommended

This was my first experience with a trial case and I was quite nervous about the whole thing but from minute one Jason's demeanor and clear knowledge of the situation put me at ease. I had the pleasure of working with Jason, Shawn and Chris and each one of them was clearly capable, confident and very... easy to talk with. Short Law Group was always available and prompt whenever I had any questions regarding my case and made me feel very well represented. I am grateful for all their hard work on my behalf.

Life Saving!

Jason and his staff saved my life there are no words to describe the efforts of these people.. I can't imagine where I would be if it wasn't for them... I was screwing up my life with drugs and had gotten myself in a place where my life was going nowhere. Because of him, I got into treatment rath...er than going to prison and have since turned my life around... I have my son twice a week, live in a nice apartment and am going to meetings and treatment four days a week. I have a full time job and can afford to live.. I am finally looking at life and my future with optimism.. Thanks Jason I owe you everything....

Job well done

When it comes to professionalism, you can rely on Jason Short Always courteous, very attentive to details, sharp and well known in court When I found out that Jason was a district attorney and then open its own practice as an attorney it gave me a sense of " this guy knowns the inside out" of the... justice system I was right. He handle my case in two different county at once and thanks to Jason I did not spent a day in jail. Trust me, my wife is so happy to have me home every night. My regards to you Jason
