Of the lawyers I've dealt with in my time Mr. Nicholson practiced professionalism at the highest level. Appointments were always kept, whether it be by telephone or in person. Never one ounce of dislike or unhappy service with him or his secretary Tionna. He outlined everything as far as my... case was concerned from begining to end. From outside of the court room to the insde of the court room. Overall, I would recommend Mr. Nicholson to anyone who approached me looking for a criminal defense attorney no matter what the circumstances.

Mr. Nicholson helped me thoroughly with my case and the fees were reasonable. I went through a couple consultations, but Mr. Nicholson seemed the most knowledgeable defense attorney. I was involved in a car accident I had caused because I was driving drunk. It's a blessing that everyone involved was even able to come out alive. I went to my arraignment and found that three more charges had been added to the two I had the day of my arrest. At this point I knew I needed to find an... attorney. Fortunately I had a letter from the offices of Erik Nicholson, and I decided to contact him to see what he could do. When speaking to him I felt a sense of ease because he was straightforward as to what I might face and did not sugarcoat anything. He would tell me what could possibly happen and was in constant and timely communication with me. He was at every court date, and would remind me to be there at least thirty minutes early. When I found that given the severity of my case I would have to be incarcerated for three months I was a bit depressed, however Mr. Nicholson was able to reduce my time to two months. He was even able to set my date for after the holidays, so that I didn't have to spend the holidays incarcerated without with my family. Thanks to always being informed, the day I entered my plea I was actually prepared and at ease, I just wanted to do my time and not look back. I am very grateful for the work he did on my case, I think I made a very wise choice hiring him. Not to mention those three additional charges were removed. He is very professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly to me he was blunt with me about the different ways my case could play out.
