Full marks from me! My custody case was not a very difficult one, everything went smoothly and as expected. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Whenever I had a question it was easy to email him and get a response quickly. The firm that he works for is great and I was always made to feel my time was important and not wasted. Not having a difficult case I have no critiques to make, Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. I would be very happy to have Sam represent me again if the need ever arises. Thanks!

I feel like Sam would be an excellent lawyer if he weren't tied to a firm that kept him incredibly busy. I like him as an individual, and he exudes a confidence that I think is important for a legal representative. Sadly, I was looking for someone who was more proactive. The approach he took towards my issue was somewhat lackluster. (Very "let's wait and see what the other party does" which was not something that I was comfortable with.)
Generally speaking I think Sam has an excellent grasp of the law, especially for someone who hasn't been in practice long. For someone tied to such a big-name lawfirm his rates are incredibly reasonable, and he is very giving of his time.

Sam completed all necessary paperwork and proceedings for my dissolution in a timely and professional manner. He was very sure to listen carefully to the details of my case, took pertinent notes, was very thorough, and got the job done.
Consider Sam Kuzma if you want a good attorney, with an excellent firm (Gevurtz-Menashe).
