I recently got charged with an MIP ( Minor In Possession ) & quickly had to find a lawyer so my License would not be taken away as my job depends on it. I called Mark Cogan’s office, we went over the details of what had happened & they had quickly accepted to help me. Benjamin Scissors was my assigne...d attorney. We went over what I was looking to get out of this & my one & only reason was I did not want my license to get suspended & He did just that. He was very good on communicating with me & letting me know how things are looking/how Hes going to attempt on achieving what was now our goal. I greatly appreciate Benjamin for me what He has done for me & couldn’t be more thankful with the outcome.

Ben gave me some good and indepth explanation of how each steps and process of the case should be. He explained of multiple strategies of how we should defend against the state and which strategy could potentially provide the best outcome of the case as well as provided multiple back up strategies in... case the previous strategies didn't work out.
