Mr. Scissors answered all of my questions and concerns in a friendly and easy to understand manner. He obviously both knew the law and knew how to bring the technical aspects down to my level. The advice was practical and straight-forward, making what I though was going to be a complicated and dist...ressing situation into something I could easily understand and negotiate. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind and I never felt like I was being "hooked" into more services than I needed. Highly recommended.
