I called his office, talked to him and also mentioned I was in Seattle most of the time so coming to Portland to meet in person and attending the trial would be a hardship. Blake assured me everything could be done through phone and email. He took care of the appeal and when the case came to trial he represented me and like he said I did not have to attend. He also handled all the necessary follow on documentation required by the court. I want anyone who reads this review to truly understand that Blake Dore came through once again. I was in a position that I felt I could not afford to risk a mark on my DMV or DOT report. I became a truck driver as to reinvent my career path. I just completed my trucking school for class A license..., and working for a new company. During my 90 day probationary period I got a citation for Over Weigh on my axles at a Washington state weight station. It would definitely show up on my DOT for sure. We all take risk every time we’re on the road for any type of incident or citation, it’s inevitable. Why not take the risk of having a not guilty verdict by having an expert lawyer go to court for you, and Blake Dore is such that lawyer with years of experience. Don’t waste your time, let the professionals go to bat for you in court, and Blake shows up so you don’t have to miss any work time.. I highly recommend Blake as an attorney. After struggling by myself to figure out how to deal with a driving violation charge that was escalated to $1200, Blake was able to not only reduce the charge, but more importantly, to make sure it did not appear on my driving records. Blake did an outstanding job on a photo red light case that I retained him for. While these cases may seem fairly cut and dried, he was extremely knowledgable about the photo red light program in Tualatin, problems with the signage posted by the City, and was aggressive with pre-trial motions. Ultima...tely he negotiated a diversion program for me, which was something that the city had refused to allow until I retained Blake. If you are looking for someone who is prompt and responsive, appropriately aggressive, and willing to look at all aspects of a case to find a resolution that is amenable to you then call this guy!
