Blake was responsive and professional every step of the way. After filing a motion to dismiss based on state law of the l...egality of the city of Tualatin to operate the device, multiple supoenas of city records about device maintenance and examining and photographing the site himself, we were thoroughly prepared for trial. The prosecution then decided to dismiss rather than go forward. Though the prosecution did not disclose why it decided to drop the case, I expect it was because they didn't want to jeopardize future prosecutions by allowing our defense to be aired publicly in court.
